FernGully: The Last Rainforest (2026) – Storyline

What if the magical rainforest faced its greatest threat yet?

This fan-made concept imagines a new adventure in FernGully, a beautiful sanctuary filled with extraordinary creatures, enchanted plants, hidden caves, and ancient magic.

The forest begins to change. Animals abandon their homes, rivers lose their clarity, and an unfamiliar darkness spreads through the trees. The once-vibrant rainforest faces a mysterious threat that could destroy the delicate balance connecting every living thing.

Zendaya is imagined as a courageous young guardian who must leave the safety of her home and discover the source of the growing danger.

Meanwhile, Benedict Cumberbatch is envisioned as an ancient intelligence awakened by human machinery. As the mysterious force grows stronger, the rainforest’s magical energy begins to disappear.

Jim Carrey is imagined as an eccentric creature who brings humor, warmth, and unexpected wisdom to the adventure. Together, the unlikely heroes travel through glowing caves, forgotten temples, and dangerous parts of the forest in search of a way to restore its fading magic.

As the threat becomes more powerful, the heroes discover that the rainforest’s survival may depend on restoring a connection between nature and the outside world.

The imagined adventure combines spectacular fantasy with an important environmental message: protecting nature means protecting the future of every living creature.
